The Self Service Portal places a vast array of information at your fingertips, and is available 24/7! With active ClientConnection, you and your organization get unlimited access to this resource, and the following features:

Create cases (trouble tickets) for assistance with questions and problems or to document a feature enhancement request.

Upload screenshots, log files, or data files to your case for easy hand-off.

View progress updates from support engineers, as well as create your own case comments for seamless communication.

View previously closed cases and their solutions for faster troubleshooting. Best of all, you can view all cases from anyone in your organization for maximum efficiency.
